Welcome to CU Boulder's Financial Literacy home page!

Brought to you by the Bursar's Office and the Office of Financial Aid

While money management can seem like an intimidating and uncomfortable topic for some, it doesn't have to be. Living the life of a college student often means borrowing money, using credit cards and the inevitable preparation needed to face the real world tasks of loan repayment, finding employment, and moving to new locations after graduation.

In the midst of these reponsibilities you can find that much deserved financial security and calm. It's not always easy, but being armed with the necessary knowledge to make sound decisions about your money prepares you for that crucial next step in your financial future.

We know there is much to be said about financial literacy, and we certainly do not claim that our site is an exhaustive search. Yet, we have spent the time to create an environment where the basics are covered and the resources to seek additional information are available.

In the spirit of an evolving, up-to-date, and co-created site, we encourage you to get involved. Please feel free to provide comments/suggestions about our site; we want to know how we can be always serving your best interests.
