| Accounting and Financial transactions | Accounting and Financial transactions documentation relating to a source of funding | 3 years from the last day of the fiscal year in which the accounting or financial transaction appeared in the university’s financial system |
| EFT Authorizations | Documentation relating to the authorization of payments via EFT | 7 years after the last distribution |
| Payment Logs/EFT and Warrants | Documentation relating to the disbursement of payment via EFT or state warrants, including EFT tape report | 5 years |
| Warrant/Cancelled | Documentation relating to warrants expired and cancelled | 5 years |
| Warrant/Cancelled | Documentation relating to a lost and replaced warrant | 5 years |
| Acquisition/Disposal of Real Property | Paperwork related to the acquisition of real property | 6 years after disposition of the property |
