STUDENTS
-
If you are a student, you log in to CUConnect to get to CUBill&Pay.
- Go to CUConnect
- Log in with your student Identikey and password
- Click on the financial tab
- Under Bursar Billing, select Boulder Main Campus
- Click Make Payment link and it will take you directly into CUBill&Pay
- Make Payment - make a payment from your checking or savings account (no credit cards accepted).
- View Accounts - view your statement issued monthly as well as prior billing history. You will receive notification via e-mail when your monthly statement is available for your review. Please check your statement at least once a month to ensure all charges are paid on time. You can download and e-mail or print an official copy of the bill if you need a paper copy of the bill.
- Authorize Payers - give other individuals (like a parent or spouse, or anyone you choose - up to five people total) access to view and pay the bill on your behalf. YOU are still ultimately responsible for paying the bill on time.
- Payment Profile - safely and securely store your bank account information so you won't have to re-enter your checking or savings account number each time you make a payment. Your stored information is kept private. Or, you can choose not to store your bank account information and skip this step.
- Transaction History - view all electronic payments made using the CUBill&Pay system. Payments made in person or sent through the mail will not appear in Transactions History on CUBill&Pay (but all payments will appear on the monthly statement on CUBill&Pay).
- User Preferences - cannot be changed; displays your university e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail when a payment is made on your account using CUBill&Pay (only).
Once you're in CUBill&Pay, your options are on the left.
Remember to give your Authorized Payer their case sensitive login name and temporary password.
