Mars Curiosity Rover Talk

Fiske Planetarium will be offering a FREE public event on Monday Aug. 6 at 7 pm. This program will feature a talk by CU scientist Dr. David Brain and the debut of some of the first images to be taken by this mars rover. Mars Curiosity is the largest unmanned rover ever sent beyond Earth. It is roughly the size of a Volkswagen Bug and weighs about a ton. Many dub this as the SUV of rovers.

The program is FREE. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Tickets and seating are first come first serve. For more information call 303-492-5002.
