Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics (LASP) October public lecture—To LASP...and Beyond

Riding a rocket into space, the exhilaration of zero-g, the emotional impact of seeing Earth from orbit — these are some of the highlights of human space flight. During this special presentation and celebration of LASP's 65th anniversary, former CU graduate student and NASA astronaut Sam Durrance will describe his journey to LASP, his experiences there, and what it was like to spend 26 days in space.
