Well Fed: Mindful Eating

How often do you actually sit down, focus, and truly, completely enjoy what you are eating? Come join us for a Mindful Eating exercise (free food) to bring out the flavors, textures, and aromas of your lunch. This will be the first meeting for Well Fed, the WRC’s ongoing programming series on food, nutrition, and intersecting social justice issues. Meet Wednesday, Sept. 11, at the Women’s Resource Center (UMC 416) from 1-2 p.m.
