A two-week intensive for all levels of yoga students. Expand your knowledge, embrace the challenge of a rigorous asana based practice, and develop awareness through yoga. Plan to open the body through movement, dive into breath work and explore the history and diversity of yoga. Also included, ways to improve in all aspects of life, both on and off the mat.
