This 90-minute workshop will include a guided flow to warm up the body, specific preparatory poses to strengthen shoulders and improve balance, followed by an exploration of the mechanics of inversions like Headstand, Tripod Headstand, Shoulder Stand, Forearm Stand and Legs up the Wall.
