FREE Fitness Classes at the Rec on January 21st

The Rec Center is offering a modified fitness schedule on Monday, January 21st. All classes are FREE to Rec Center members and day pass guests.

9:30-10:30am Vinyasa Flow Yoga
5:15-6:15pm Restorative Yoga
6:30-7:30pm Power Barre
7:45-8:45pm Zumba

All classes are held in the Fitness Studio.
