The CU Boulder Sleep and Development Lab is looking for participants to help us learn about current trends in sleep patterns and sleep-related practices in early childhood. We need parents of children ages 1.0-8.9 years to complete a short online survey taking approximately 10 minutes.

The UMC is accepting applications from student organizations for free office space or lockers for fall 2023.
A central office is a fantastic way for your recognized student organization to become more accessible and productive, which will help you grow membership, promote your message and fulfill your mission. In addition, the Center for Student Involvement (CSI) has lockers available for student organizations to use.
Groups that currently have space must reapply! Applications must be submitted by Feb. 12 at noon. Apply online.
A beautiful 6-bed, 3.5-bath fully furnished home in North Boulder will be available for sabbatical rent from June 2023 to July 2024 (with some flexibility).

UROP relies on a team of volunteers to help ensure all applications receive fair and informed evaluations—and that projects conform to the highest ethical standards.
We encourage those interested in serving on the review board to read the information on our website and sign up using the interest form at any time. UROP will contact the interest list in late February to confirm and provide additional instructions.
Timeline: Proposals will be sent for review by March 13 with scores due by March 24.
Eligibility: Tenured/tenure-track, research faculty, contract instructors and postdocs at CU Boulder are eligible to evaluate UROP proposals.
Conflicts of interest: Mentors endorsing student proposals and/or submitting team grant applications may still serve on the review board and score proposals. Reviewers may skip scoring proposals as they present conflicts of interest.

Email phishing attacks often come during holidays when campus IT support has reduced hours. Even when you can’t contact the IT Service Center, there are still clues to help you figure out if an email is legitimate or a phishing attempt.
The CU Boulder campus will have reduced services and operations Monday, Dec. 26, through Friday, Dec. 30. During these days, all academic and administrative offices will be closed. However, areas providing essential services will remain open. CU Boulder will resume normal weekday operations on Monday, Jan. 2.

Since fall 2020, the AB Nexus Research Collaboration Grant Program has awarded $2.5 million to 37 teams featuring researchers from CU Boulder and CU Anschutz conducting innovative research involving basic, translational and clinical approaches.

The CU Boulder Bioastronautics Research Group, part of the Aerospace Engineering Sciences Department, is recruiting subjects to participate in an astronaut training study using virtual reality.
Subjects will be trained on one of three tasks: an entry-descent landing scenario, a rover driving scenario, or a habitat maintenance scenario. Subjects will complete anywhere from three to eight sessions, with the first session taking up to 2.5 hours and the following sessions taking one hour each.
