Here you can find a list of resources that can help improve your study skills, help you find answers to your questions, and help you reach your academic goals.

General Tips

  • Faculty members and TA have weekly office hours which will be listed in the syllabus.  If you cannot meet with them during your office hours, email them to request another time to meet.
  • Faculty members and TAs might be able to point you in the direction of additional resources that can help.
  • If you did not do well on a test, you can request to meet with the professor/TA to review your test and ask questions.  This could help you identify why the test did not go well and help you with tests in the future.
  • Ask for help early!  Don't wait until it is too late to really have an impact on your grade.
  • Talk to your advisor!  They might have some additional ideas to explore.  They can also discuss your options with you, including if you should drop the class (and what the deadlines/proceedures are for dropping courses).
  • Note:  The resources below may or may not be available during the summer terms.
