Disability Services
Disability Services’ mission is to provide students with disabilities the tools, reasonable accommodations, and support services to participate fully in the academic environment. Furthermore, their mission is to promote an accessible and culturally sensitive campus through outreach and by building partnerships within the university community and beyond. Disability Services expects and coaches the campus community to embrace and embody a fully accessible and culturally sensitive campus.
Discrimination and Harassment
The mission of the Office of Discrimination and Harassment (ODH) is to prevent and eliminate sexual harassment and discrimination and harassment based on race, color, national origin, sex, pregnancy, age, disability, religion, creed, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or veteran status at the University of Colorado Boulder. Additionally, we strive to prevent and eliminate false allegations of discrimination and harassment and retaliation against individuals who report allegations of discrimination or harassment or individuals who participate in an investigation.

Food and Dining
Whether you’re in the mood for a burger and fries, ethnic food, vegetarian fare, or a luxurious meal, you’ll find a variety of meal plan options and services in several different on-campus dining venues. Several meal plans are available that offer maximum flexibility and service. Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Issues
Since its creation in 1992, the Chancellor’s Standing Committee on Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Issues has realized several major initiatives benefiting the university, including a certificate program in Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Studies, domestic partner health insurance, an LGBTQ alumni association chapter, and more.

Health Insurance
CU-Boulder encourages students to research various health plan options in order to make informed choices about health care. CU-Boulder has a mandatory policy that requires all students taking 1 or more credit hours to be covered by a health insurance plan. Students may elect coverage under their own insurance, through an employer, or through their parents; however, you will be automatically enrolled and billed by the university for the Student Gold Health Insurance Plan unless you select the Wardenburg Campus Care Plan or waive coverage by the semester deadline.
