Students are welcome! As a result of the 2007-2008 5-year planning process, including meetings with and surveys of students, we will:
* create a Wiki or FaceBook to connect you with fellow artistic collaborators
* offer opportunities for you to show artistic-technology work at ATLAS
* develop courses, labs and workshops
* bring in professionals from the field
* have a student advisory group
* provide opportunities to become ATLAS Innovators, to participate in
artistic challenges, or to receive commissions

The ATLAS Innovators project is a residency opportunity for a limited number of undergraduate and/or graduate students each year who will be selected from various disciplines. These emerging artists will be given a challenge to create new work using one or more of the Center's digital or physical spaces in an entirely new way. Time with technology, technical experts, and space comprise the manifestation of the residency. Each residency will culminate in a public performance, installation, exhibit or event at ATLAS to share this innovation. This program is in development, with the first pilot residency having occurred in Spring 08 with FusionChamber.
