This page describes spaces available for reservation in the ATLAS building, some applicable charges, as well as technology- and room- specific details.

CLASSROOMS and AUDITORIA (no food or drink):
Two 40-seat classrooms:

ATLAS 1B31 (videoconference capability)
And two 25-seat:

- Classes are scheduled via a proposal process twice a year. Preference is given to courses that make the most of the technology.
- Laptop carts are available for instructors to check out for class time (only).
- Furniture is reconfigurable for innovative use of space.
Demo-classroom: ATLAS 200 (25-seat)
- By special request only. Used for training teachers.
Cofrin Auditorium: ATLAS 100 AUDITORIUM (150-seat)
- Use of control booth requires tech support personnel.
Film Screening Room: ATLAS 102 (75-seat)
- Only for film projection; tech support personnel required.
Lobby (food and drink permitted): CR100 (capacity 150)
SPECIAL MEETING ROOMS:
Video-Conferencing Room (no food or drink): ATLAS 202 (12-seat)
- Used ONLY for video-conferencing (requires training)
Executive Board Room (food allowed): ATLAS 229 (38-seat) (videoconference capability)
- Charges may apply.
PERFORMANCE AREAS (no food or drink):
Black Box Theatre* **: ATLAS 2B10 (capacity 150) 2-story, 60'x40, flex seating, sprung dance floor and high tech capabilities.
- Tech support personnel required - minimum of 4-hours - contact for current rates.
- Possible extra costs for specialized equipment.
Production Studio*: ATLAS 2B31 1000 sq ft, state-of-the-art control room & studio cameras w/teleprompters.
- Tech support personnel required - minimum of 4-hours - contact for current rates.
- Possible extra costs for specialized equipment.
Voice Over Booth: ATLAS 2B32
* The ATLAS Black Box Theatre and Production Studio are not intended as an alternative to other conventional theatre or concert venues. First priority for the use of the CAMP facilities will go to the campus groups and those requiring a flexible, experimental theatre and/or the most advanced technologies for their production.
** The Black Box Theatre is rented 'as is' with any seating required as well as the house lighting system, back audio system, Green Room, dressing rooms, and Performance Lobby. Custom light plots, surround sound speaker system, grand piano and any other equipment will be subject to an additional charge. Additional equipment may be rented for use in the facilities only on an a la carte basis.
