End-User Responsibilities

• Must have some idea of what they want/need
• Specific formats for specific disabilities
• Must communicate with DSS/E-Text Staff
• But must not be a PITA (patience is the answer)
• Must be understanding of process
• Must triage their own materials
• What do they need specifically
• Avoid blanket' requests if possible
• Must be flexible as regards specific needs
• MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN!
