End-User Responsibilities
- Must have some idea of what they want/need
- Specific formats for specific disabilities
- Must communicate with DSS/E-Text Staff
- But must not be a PITA (patience is the answer)
- Must be understanding of process
- Must triage their own materials
- What do they need specifically
- Avoid blanket' requests if possible
- Must be flexible as regards specific needs
- MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN!
