The students who successfully obtain certificates in Quantitative Finance or Actuarial Studies track are some of the top students at the University. Their rigorous and multifaceted education prepares them for a variety of industries, especially finance and actuarial studies.
Quantitative Finance
The best way to gauge the education and abilities of our students is to talk to the head of the Quantitative Finance track, Professor Jerry Madigan. He keeps an updated "resume book" of every junior and senior in the Quantitative Finance track. Actuarial Studies
The Actuarial Studies track is supervised jointly by the professors below. They will have information on all students graduating with a certificate in the Actuarial Studies side of the program.
