Outstanding graduates. CU aerospace engineering alumni are part of a distinguished group of aerospace leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs. Many play key roles in the design of complex aerospace systems, establishing distinguished careers for themselves in both the public and private sectors. CU-Boulder ranks among the top five U.S. universities (excluding military academies) in the number of astronaut alumni.
