It is the mission of the Department of Aerospace Engineering Sciences to prepare students for leadership positions in the design, implementation, and operation of aerospace systems. Your generosity helps us to develop research projects that will engage undergraduate and graduate students in addressing many complex problems in the Earth and space sciences. Our excellent instructors and researchers will challenge them to put their learning to use by building satellites, unmanned aircraft systems, and/or human spaceflight systems, and making sense of the data returned by sensors from payloads.
