The AES Recognition Ceremony will be held on May 12, 2017 from 3:30-4:30pm at Farrand Field with a reception immediately following from 4:30-5:45pm.
Graduating students for spring and summer need to be sure to apply for graduation through MyCUInfo by April 1st and RSVP for the ceremony by April 15th.
We ask that all graduating students arrive at 3:00pm to check-in and be seated by the time the ceremony begins at 3:30pm. We suggest no spiky high heels (we will be on grass). Additionally, graduates and guests should take the weather into consideration when choosing apparel for the occasion.
