Pakou Cha

Biography

Pakou Cha joined CU Boulder Advancement in July 2017 as the Senior Director of Human Resources.  She brings over 20+ years of progressive HR experience in higher education and the high-tech industry.

Pakou has been employed by CU since 2004. Her previous roles as HR business partner and manager of the Office of Employee Relations for the Department of Human Resources give her an expert understanding of talent management strategies and best practices.  Pakou is a CU Boulder alumna and began her career as a recruiter and HR Administrator for several high-tech startup companies prior to joining CU.

Pakou holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Leeds School, a graduate certificate in Leadership and Management from the College of Engineering and Applied Science, a M.S. in Organizational Leadership and is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a senior HR professional (SHRM-SCP).
