Happy St. Patrick’s Day weekend! The past two days have been full of catching up with friends who are abroad in Europe and were fortunate enough to go to Ireland for the day! While of course it was still incredibly fun here in Boulder, Ireland seems unreal. Although I do love the education program here at CU, the only downfall is that the classes are semester specific and I’m unable to go abroad without staying at school for another semester. Have you ever done anything incredibly impulsive and unplanned? I did. Just this past weekend a few friends and I decided to road trip to see Mount Rushmore in South Dakota. Now, this was a little bit scary for me at first, because I never do anything unplanned, but we just decided to get in the car and go. We didn’t even have a hotel booked!
