Heyo everyone!

Today I worked at the Involvement Fair held at the UMC.  Every semester, CU holds a fair, yes, the Involvement Fair (!) where all of the school's student groups set up tables so that people know what's out there. It is a great way to figure out what activities you want to invest time in, each semester.  Last year, I tabled for Student Ambassadors, and this year, I went for Alpha Phi Omega.  It really got me thinking about all of the different groups I've tried out, and all of the ones I wish I could join if I had time!

Getting There

Sunday, August 31, 2014

Hello all!

I am so happy to be back in Boulder for my second year! Although I was sad to see my freshman year come to an end, it was great to have a nice, long summer back home with plenty of time to catch up with friends, family, and my dogs!

That being said, I thought I would start of by telling you about the adventurous time I had getting to CU this year!

(110) Days of Summer

Tuesday, August 26, 2014

Hey everyone!

Whoa! It’s August! I have just completed my second day of my junior year, and man, am I tired!  A couple first thoughts about my first days:

1.       I feel really old!

2.       And yet, I still forgot which building Ekeley was… How embarrassing! Ha.

3.       I’m really excited for my classes!

4.       I am not at all excited for all of the reading I have to do.

5.       It is wonderful to be back with old friends and to be making new ones.

Here’s to a great semester!

A Summer to Look Forward To

Saturday, May 10, 2014

Hi All!

For my last post of the semester, I wanted to let you all know about my plans for the summer. Summers in Colorado are always beautiful, sunny and warm, so staying active is a must. As of right now, I have a fairly busy summer ahead of me. Here is what I will be doing:

The Greatest Pre-Finals Weekend Ever

Thursday, May 8, 2014

Hi All!

As of yesterday, I have completed my Junior year of college. That seems really crazy to me because it feels like just yesterday when I was graduating high school and moving in to my residence hall my freshman year. Luckily, I only had one final in addition to a final project this week, so I was able to spend most of my weekend doing things other than studying.

Here is a short summary of my weekend:

FINALLY DONE!

Wednesday, May 7, 2014

Well, it's official! I have finished all assignments and aspects of my undergrad degree at CU Boulder! After my last final at 7:30 AM on Monday morning (yes, that is early for college kids) ended around 8:30, I made my way to the fifth floor lounge deck in the University Memorial Center to shamelessly send a selfie of myself with the Flatirons to my mom, dad, and 80 of my closest Snapchat friends. It was a pretty weird feeling to think I didn't have anything looming over my head to complete next! Everything was COMPLETELY done! Below is a picture of my Snapchat.
