I am so happy to be back in Boulder for my second year! Although I was sad to see my freshman year come to an end, it was great to have a nice, long summer back home with plenty of time to catch up with friends, family, and my dogs!
That being said, I thought I would start of by telling you about the adventurous time I had getting to CU this year!

For my last post of the semester, I wanted to let you all know about my plans for the summer. Summers in Colorado are always beautiful, sunny and warm, so staying active is a must. As of right now, I have a fairly busy summer ahead of me. Here is what I will be doing:
As of yesterday, I have completed my Junior year of college. That seems really crazy to me because it feels like just yesterday when I was graduating high school and moving in to my residence hall my freshman year. Luckily, I only had one final in addition to a final project this week, so I was able to spend most of my weekend doing things other than studying.
Well, it's official! I have finished all assignments and aspects of my undergrad degree at CU Boulder! After my last final at 7:30 AM on Monday morning (yes, that is early for college kids) ended around 8:30, I made my way to the fifth floor lounge deck in the University Memorial Center to shamelessly send a selfie of myself with the Flatirons to my mom, dad, and 80 of my closest Snapchat friends. It was a pretty weird feeling to think I didn't have anything looming over my head to complete next! Everything was COMPLETELY done! Below is a picture of my Snapchat.
The last week of class has finally arrived, and it has been quite the semester so far. Last night, the Ambassadors organization held the End-Of-The-Year Banquet at the Rio Grande on Pearl Street. The Rio, as it is called for short, is a popular destination for both Boulder residents and CU students, and serves some of the best Mexican food in Boulder.

The Clery Act and Campus Security Report
The university's Annual Security Report and Annual Fire Report are available online. These reports contain the university’s security policy statements, crime, and fire statistics, as required by the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (the Clery Act), a federal law requiring institutions of higher education to collect and release this information.
