Have you ever had just one of those weeks in which so much has happened, that you feel like a lot more time has passed than just a week? Well, this week was one of those. Not only are midterms in full swing, I also managed to get a tutoring job for the CU Athletics Department, which is really exciting! I am so excited to start working with the student-athletes, and to see a different side of CU Athletics that not many people get to see! However, this job means decided between moving home or staying out here after graduation, which, as many of you know, is an extremely difficult decision. Boston is amazing, and it will always be my home...but how can I leave beautiful Boulder behind?! Too much to wrap my head around right now!
Greek Week preparations are in full swing, and we just met our wonderful Pi Kappa Phi coaches tonight at Powderpuff practice! They are so sweet and helpful, and I know that with their knowledge of football, we are bound to do great things in Powderpuff this year. Also, we have our first Songfest practice on Monday! For those of you who don't know, Songfest is a competition between all of the teams, and each team has 12 minutes to coreograph a dance according to their theme. Since our theme is Most Likely To Go To The Olympics, all of our dances and music have something to do with sports and teamwork. I'm looking forward to seeing what our coreographers have come up with! Hopefully it's not too hard, because, while I may be able to swim and play Powderpuff, dancing is not my strongsuit!
That's pretty much it for now! I hope everyone survived the snow this past week/weekend, and is looking forward to some warmer temperatures as we get closer to spring break! Good luck on midterms!
