This past week was spring break! I was lucky enough to get to take a vacation in Mexico with my family and our family friends. We had so much fun taking a break from school work and after a week of midterms, it was well deserved. We started the week off with a visit to my hometown and a trip to San Francisco. My Big from Kappa was coming with us and wanted to ride a Cable Car and see the Golden Gate Bridge and although it was pouring rain, we made the best of it. After 2 days in rainy California, we got right back on a plane and landed in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
We started off the week with a surf lesson, which I was terrible at, and some relaxation in the sun. Each day was full of sun and laughter with something new just around the corner. We visited the town Sayulita and got a chance to swim with the dolphins with Vallarta Adventures! My favorite part of the week was swimming with the dolphins because they are so cute and playful. This was such an awesome and unique experience. Although I was sad to leave sunny Mexico, it didn't make it too difficult knowing that I was coming back to Boulder with all of my friends.
