A Pre-Spring Break Visitor

Sunday, March 17, 2013

Hello there again!

Unfortunately, I must again apologize for my lack of blogging. But there’s also a silver lining, because it means that I was doing fun things to share with you all and forgot to post! This past week, my good friend from high school, Rob, came to visit me in Boulder. He came out here last year for his spring break and made an encore journey. He goes to Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, so Boulder is quite a change of scenery, literally and otherwise.

We did all of the things you might expect. We hiked, we skied, we played some Frisbee golf, we celebrated St. Patrick’s Day, and generally had a blast. Ironically, many of my friends had friends of theirs from high school come to visit. A few of us even got together on Thursday for a “high school friend exchange” so we could all meet each other. I guess Boulder is a very good place to be during this time of year (I wouldn’t rather be anywhere else!).

Please enjoy my photos (I know I enjoyed taking them!) and look for another post to complement this one later this week!

Please tell me you did some climbing on that face behind you in the first picture!
