Intramural Victory

Sunday, November 4, 2012

Intramural sports are a huge part of campus life. I’ve played a few different sports at CU, but my favorite is definitely Ultimate Frisbee. Unfortunately, this session, Ultimate Frisbee filled up so fast that my friends and I couldn’t get a team in the league. We instead chose flag football, which is actually a lot of fun as well.

We ended up winning our first game, which is always fun, but we barely won. Since it’s flag football, and since we’re not D-I or professional football players, the game was pretty sloppy. But luckily for us, we ran out of time just as the other team was about to take the lead again. Whew! We’ve planned to have practice this next week and better prepare for our future games. I’ll keep you all updated with what is sure to be our championship season.

Unfortunately, the only picture I have for this week is this awesome sunset in Boulder. So horrible, right?
