Have you voted?

The beginning of November has been very momentous. We've had the first snow of the season, the second round of midterms (it's a deceiving term...) and this ever present question, "Have you voted". That's right folks, not even the students at CU Boulder can avoid this badgering question, asked by nearly every passerby, on the way to class. 

All joking aside, this was the first Presidential election that I had the opportunity to partake in and I must say, it was quite invigorating. From turning in my mail-in ballot, to watching the electoral votes roll in, I couldn't help but think that my vote may have made a difference! One aspect of this election process that I really enjoyed (and we all know it got a bit annoying at times...) was all the political candidates that paid a visit to CU. I had the chance to go see representatives from many different parties and hear their views on the election. 

Overall this has been an exciting start to the month and I cannot wait for what is to come!
