Happy Halloween everyone! I love this holiday, especially because it means that we're even closer to Thanksgiving, which means my birthday! Woohoo! I saw so many children today in the best costumes. A little girl dressed as a cat even did her best scary cat hiss at me. It was pretty spot on. I remember when I was little, my mom used to do the best face paint for me for Halloween. Especially when I was the Wicked Witch of the West. It was super scary and awesome!
This weekend is finally Homecoming! We had our Homecoming King and Queen last night, and our competitors, Alison and Jordan, did an amazing job. Their talent, which was a dance to Gangam Style, was hilarious! Even though we didn't win, it was still really fun to watch and both of them looked absolutely stunning on stage! Congrats to Gamma Phi Beta who won! This weekend is the parade at 9 am on the Hill, and everyone should be there! Our float is going to be amazing, especially since we have a girl dressing up as a horse on it (our theme is Equestrian)!
After this week, I'm definitely in the mood to relax. I had four midterms on Monday, so I'm really glad that this weekend is going to be fun! First the parade, then the football game against Stanford, and then Sunday is Buff Bowl! I'm so excited for Buff Bowl. It's always so much fun, and I really hope my friends fraternity wins!!
I hope everyone has a great week and an amazingly spooky Halloween!!
