This past Sunday was Easter! Since is was my cousins' Spring Break, my whole family got to visit me for Easter. We started out the weekend by dying Easter eggs and having dinner at Salt on Pearl Street. It was so great to be on Pearl Street in the spring to see all of the tulips in bloom. We walked around and danced to the street performer's music with my 4 year old and 7 year old cousins.
On Easter, my family went to traditional Easter brunch at the Hotel Boulderado. This hotel is over 100 years old and has a really cool old elevator and interesting stories about what goes on there. After we ate and walked around the hotel, we showed off the campus to my aunt, uncle, and cousins. My 4 year old cousin said "I wish I went to school in Colorado!" After a quick tour and many comments about how I need to clean my dorm room, we drove up to Flagstaff and looked at the view of Boulder. It was amazing to get to see the whole town and campus in one view. This weekend was all about family fun and I had an amazing time!
