Finals Part II

Sunday, May 1, 2011

We’re in the midst of finals here at CU, and I’m halfway done! Luckily, I only ended up with 2 finals this semester, unlike most of my peers. My Organic Chemistry final was at 7:30AM on Saturday. If you think 8AM classes sound bad, you haven’t had a final at 7:30AM. Your brain isn’t even warmed up by the time you get there! The final itself wasn’t too bad; it was pretty much like I expected. The power did go out in our room for about 10 seconds or so halfway through the test, which was a nice break from the hard test. Now, all I’ve got left is my Calculus III exam tomorrow. Thankfully, that one’s at 10:30AM instead of 7:30.

Campus is pretty dead these days, except for the library. I played some “campus golf” today with some friends to break the monotony of studying. “Campus golf” is like regular golf, but instead of a course with tees and holes, we just use campus and tennis balls. We would just decide, “The hole is that tree, and it’s a par 7” or something and then go! We barely saw anyone on campus except for near the library.

Wish me good luck tomorrow, and I’ll see you on the other side!
