Spring Break

Thursday, March 24, 2011

Hey everyone, sorry it’s taken me so long to post! I had the good fortune to actually go on a spring break trip this year! I got to go to the Wolf Creek ski area, in southwestern Colorado. The drive was very long, about 7 hours from Boulder to the ski area, but it was completely worth it. The drive was beautiful and the actual skiing was amazing. We skiied for two days and hung around for a few more, and the second day we went skiing, it snowed pretty furiously.

Volunteering!

Monday, March 14, 2011

It’s been a pretty good few weeks for me (besides studying my butt off for tests). I got to paint a room in Aurora, help rehabilitate a house in Broomfield, and make/serve food to little kids in Boulder. The second two I did this past weekend, through Habitat for Humanity on Saturday and through the Boulder JCC (Jewish Community Center) on Sunday.

Halfway!

Sunday, March 6, 2011

So I’m halfway through this round of tests now! I aced my Bio test and did pretty well on my Calc test, so now all that’s left to finish is the Organic Chem test this Thursday! After that, I can relax until spring break (which could not possibly come at a better time)!
