The Office of Contracts and Grants (with SPA) offers trainings, presentations, receptions, and brown-bag lunches on topics of interest to researchers, faculty, and departmental administrators who have sponsored project management responsibilities. OCG also has several presentations available online.

Thursday, 1/24/2013: TRAINING MODULE 1 – PROPOSAL PREPARATION, SUBMISSION AND PROCESSING

“NEW” Format – Brown Bag Lunch

Presentation will focus on proposal preparation basics including agency guidelines, submission systems, developing a budget and budget justification, understanding the University’s requirements and approval systems and specific funding agency requirements.

Please pre-register for this brown bag lunch by Monday, January 22nd to Chandra (chandra.tjandrasa@colorado.edu). The Office of Contracts and Grants would like to tailor the presentation as much as feasible to the needs of the participants. Your pre-registration will provide a general idea of the groups experience and knowledge with proposal preparation. If you have specific questions or areas you would like to see addressed please forward those to Lisa Tedesco (lisa.tedesco@colorado.edu) no later than Monday, January 22nd and we will work to integrate it in the presentation.
