OCG - Sponsored Research

The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) is the Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR) and administrator for all externally funded sponsored research on the CU-Boulder campus. The Contract and Grant Administrators review, negotiate, and accept all award agreements and assist with overall award management, including approving and processing modifications and revisions, preparing subcontracts, and managing government property.

OCG interprets and, if necessary, enforces campus, University, and sponsor policies and procedures; provides training to faculty and staff; and serves as the University’s liaison with sponsors and regulatory agencies.
