How to find your SPA accountant
SPA's grant accountants are assigned to projects according to the agencies for which they are responsible. Their name is on the upper right of the project's financial statements:
What we do
- Create project FOPPS and enter project budgets into the Finance System
- Process letter of credit draws
- Submit financial reports to agencies
- Close out grants with granting agencies
- Serve as the audit liaison for federal, state, and private auditors
- Reconcile COFRS for the restricted fund 30/31, restricted fund budget, and University financial statements
