Action

The WRC embraces the principles of social justice and gender equity. We are multi-issue focused and we inspire ourselves and others to action.

Celebration

The WRC enriches campus life and builds community by recognizing, celebrating, and honoring the contributions of women and all their identities.

Leadership

The WRC provides critical leadership and guidance to the campus commnity for issues that affect women.

At the WRC, CU women students have opportunities to discover and develop their leadership abilities and utilize their power and energy for individual and collective transformation. The leadership of CU women students enriches the lives of others on campus, in the local community and the world.

Learning Community

The WRC is a dynamic, expansive learning community that practices thoughtful reflection, active inqury, and play discovery by conversations, challenging limited thinking, and transforming concerns into actions.

Social Justice

The WRC is commited to social justice for all people. Recognizing that explorations of gender must take place along with explorations of other significant aspects of identity we honor the multiple identities of all members of the campus community. We strive for diversity at a core level in all of our programming and resources, as well as among our Staff, Volunteers, and Board Members.

The WRC collaborates with our campus partners by fostering connections necessary to achieve our purpose.
