NOTICE TO MAC USERS: The HRC acknowledges that MAC users may have difficulty generating documents in RTF in IRB Manager due to incompatibility issues. If you are in need of the most current applications (Request for Review, Renewal, Change/Update, etc.) in Word, you may these forms and submit in hard copy to the HRC Office. The HRC is currently working to rectify these issues in IRB Manager with our supplier. We apologize for the inconvenience.
