Types of Financial Aid
A grant is a form of financial aid that does not need to be repaid. Grants awarded in the Office of Financial Aid are generally available to undergraduate students, but you may apply for grants and assistantships through the graduate departments.
A loan is a form of financial aid that must be repaid, with interest. If you are interested in any type of loan, we recommend completing the FAFSA first so our office can provide the best loan options for you.
