Financial Aid Policies
Adjustments to Financial Aid
There are a variety of circumstances that may require an adjustment to a student’s financial aid award. Students should understand how dropping and adding courses, receiving other aid, or corrections on their FAFSA will impact their aid.
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Policy
To comply with Title IV regulation, the University of Colorado Boulder is required to have a Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy, which require students to maintain a certain GPA and complete a set percentage of the courses attempted.
Student Loan Code of Conduct
The Office of Financial Aid has established a set of principles and policies to govern educational lending practices for undergraduate, graduate and professional students. Our staff will follow this Code of Conduct to ensure the integrity of the student loan process.
Students Rights and Responsibilities
Students who receive any form of financial aid, have certain rights and responsibilities. The university is also required to disclose certain information to all students.
