Fulbright Program
for U.S. Students
Why should you be interested in a Fulbright grant? U.S. Student Fulbright grants fund you to do overseas study/research or to be an English teaching
assistant.
To be eligible for these grants, you must:
- be a U.S. citizen at the time of application
- have at least a bachelor's degree by the time the grant starts
- not have a terminal degree in your field (usually a PhD) at the time of application
|
INFORMATION FOR CU-BOULDER FULBRIGHT APPLICANTS:

2. Current CU-Boulder students who wish

our Fulbright applicants, but it is up to you to contact us early so you
can maximize this benefit.
3. ASSISTANCE WITH YOUR APPLICATION: The Office of International Education is offering CU applicants the following sessions to help you prepare your U.S. Student Fulbright application and to get you ready for your interview.
- This is meant to be a series and will be most helpful if you attend all events (one overview session, one writing seminar, and the speed intervewing session).
- However, if you can only come to one or two, you’re also welcome to those.
- No RSVPs are necessary
- We apologize, in advance, that we cannot offer make-up sessions.
- There are extensive resources on the Fulbright web site (http://us.fulbrightonline.org/home.html) that we encourage you to take advantage of. You’ll find advice, webinars, peer advisors, and more on this site.
