Past Site VisitsSchool of Mines, Golden, CO Site Visit You are invited to attend the Spring 2009 COPPFN Site Visit to the Colorado School of Mines. This is an excellent chance to see what life is like at a public research university devoted to engineering and applied science. US Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, CO This is an exciting opportunity to experience a very unique postsecondary environment. Visit the US Air Force Academy and see what life is like at the college US News ranked the #1 Baccalaureate College in the west. The students at the USAFA are highly selected and complete a rigorous program. Attendance from the University of Colorado at Boulder is limited to 10 graduate students and postdocs and will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis. Because the USAFA will need to make security arrangements to get the visiting students on campus we will need firm commitments from the attendees.
