Bus Reservations

To make reservations for bus or other chauffeured transportation, download the Reservation Form, or call the reservation desk at 492-2752 or 492-2750 and have the following information ready:

1. Speed Type to be charged
2. Pick up point (s) and destination (s)
3. Dates and times
4. Number of passengers expected

After making the reservation, send written confirmation on the Bus Reservation Form. The bus reservation form can be downloaded from this page, picked up from Transportation Services, faxed, campus mailed, or an electronic copy of the Word document can be emailed to you upon request.
