Rates

The Bus Charter Service has a staff of well trained professional drivers to provide safe, economical transportation for University needs. The primary service during the academic year is the Williams Village Shuttle. Academic field trips, airport shuttles, conference shuttles, and general transportation are also available. In compliance with ADA regulations buses with wheelchair lifts that accommodate mobility aids are available.  

Bus Reservations

 To make reservations for bus or other chauffeured transportation, call the reservation desk at 492-2752 or 492-2750 and have the following information ready:

1. Speed Type to be charged
2. Pick up point (s) and destination (s)
3. Dates and times
4. Number of passengers expected

After making the reservation, send written confirmation on the Bus Reservation Form. (Bus Reservation Forms can be picked up from the Transportation Services, faxed or campus mailed to you upon request. Or, an electronic copy of the Word document can be emailed to you upon request.
