Joseph was named MVP winning the 16A USSSA State Championship in 2003, named 1st Team Colorado High School All-State by both the Rocky Mountain News and Colorado Coaches Association in 2004 and took 2nd place in the 2004 18A National Triple Crown World Series Championship Game this past July.
