2009 Fall Season
Frostbite Regatta - Wichita Kansas

The Colorado Crew Team made their annual appearance at the 2009 Frostbite Regatta in Wichita, Kansas. With unusually warm temperatures, the University of Colorado continued their dominating reign at the race medaling in 7 of 10 entered events, ending the 2009 Fall Rowing Season on a high note. The following are the results over the 2,600-meter course:

The conclusion of the fall racing season marks the beginning of winter training for the Colorado Crew Team and its athletes. Both the Men and Women’s teams head indoors for 6-day a week workouts to prepare for the intense and exciting Spring Season. The program’s success during the fall and hard work throughout the winter yield promising prospects for the spring regatta’s in Austin, TX, Oak Ridge, TN, Sacramento, CA, and Oklahoma City, OK beginning in March.
