Winter Formal 2009

Formal is an event that we have every year that helps us strengthen the relationships we have within our chapter as well as with all the chapters in our region. This year we are planning an awesome weekend at Beaver Run in Breckenridge in Colorado from Friday, November 13th to Sunday, the 15th. Check in is at 4pm on Friday and check out is promptly at 11am on Sunday.

The cost is $100.36 total and includes: 2 nights in a suite, entry to a mixer on Friday night, catered dinner and dance on Saturday night, activities during the day on Saturday and an AWESOME experience all weekend. There is a lot to do in Breckenridge (7 hot tubs, mini golf, arcade, beautiful facility and attractions around Breck) and this surely will be a weekend you will not forget. An agenda, to bring list and directions will be emailed to you after you register. 

Some things to keep in mind. You are allowed to bring a guest, but please specify the name of this person and how they paid. Please pay using Google Checkout BEFORE you fill out the Sign Up Sheet. You MUST do BOTH of these things. That way we can actually reserve you a spot! You must pay and fill out the sign up sheet by Friday, October 9th.

We will also be doing Formal T-Shirts. Order them online!
