SUBJECT: 46th Mile High Drill Meet
TO: High School JROTC
1. Unfortunately, last year’s Mile High Drill Meet had to be cancelled due to unforeseen complications. Again, we would like to sincerely apologize to the schools that were inconvenienced. This year, we have made the necessary adjustments to prevent any such problems from arising again. So we would like to invite you to the 46th Annual Mile High Drill Meet. My name is Kathryn Bryant, and I will be this year’s DMC in the tradition of Richard Fleming and Michael Haffner.
2. This year’s drill meet will be held on 3 April 2010 at the University of Colorado’s Balch Field House.
3. The Standard Operation Procedures for the drill meet are posted on the web, at the following URL: http://www.colorado.edu/StudentGroups/PershingRifles/MHDM/SOP.htm
Upon request, we will be happy to send you a paper copy of the SOP.
4. I will go out of my way to be available to answer any relevant questions before, during, and after the meet. I will make sure that we maintain the high standards that you have come to expect and I will strive to meet those expectations in every way. I can be contacted via e-mail at 46MHDM.DMC@gmail.com, or via phone at 818-209-3911. Please feel free to contact me about any questions or concerns.
