Only performing cadets are allowed in the drill floor.  An instructor may observe his/her team’s performance from the on-deck area.  At no time may an instructor or non-performing cadet enter the drill floor, the judge’s area between drill floors, nor address any judge.  Instructors and non-performing cadets may not prompt or instruct their teams during their performance.

Use of fixed bayonet, blanks, pyrotechnics, music or other artificial means of counting cadence is prohibited.

Spectators may not interfere with another team’s performance in any manner.

All issues concerning judging or rules must be addressed with the DMC.  Any disqualifications will be made only after the DMC has met with the instructors of the concerned school.  The DMC has final authority and will make the final decision concerning any rule disputes or disqualifications.
