Imperialism & Colonialism, Past and Present

It is often held that imperialism and colonialism are a part of the historic past and limited to certain geographic regions. The point of this workshop is to enable participants to examine the world through non-western or non-eurocentric eyes so as to better comprehend the machinations of international politics and mass media in today's world.
