• Relay for Life

Everyone interested in planning for Relay for Life signed up. If anyone is interested, contact Lauren Geisler.

Events

• October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

                        Kickoff at Norlin Library on Oct. 29

• Yoplait booth for Breast Cancer

Volunteers are needed on these dates:

                                    Oct. 5 & 12, 12pm – 1pm

                                    Oct. 19, 11:30 – 1pm

• Race for the Cure- October 2, 8:30am

CSAC is forming a team. Team members will be contacted to meet and carpool to the event. Anyone who is interested can contact Lauren Geisler.

• Boarding for Breast Cancer

                        Volunteer opportunity available Thursday 29. Contact Rachel Boekhout.

Projects

• CSAC voted to donate $800 to an artist who is taking pictures of breast cancer survivors to make a quilt. The quilts will be displayed in Norlin Library.

Other Business

• Introduction of new and returning members

• Reminder for members to sign up for list serve

• New executive position was filled by Jen
